Philanthropy
Conga Foods and the Valmorbida family have a long history in supporting philanthropic programs that drive genuine social change. The framework that governs philanthropy centres upon three areas:
1. The fundamental right to food;
2. The fundamental right to education;
3. Support for new Australians.
We commit to regular donations of food product to partners such as FareShare, Foodbank, Second-Bite and others to provide unsold, edible food to vulnerable communities in need. We also make monetary donations to various charities to help sustainably feed Australians.

Employee Health, Safety and Wellbeing
We place a great deal of importance on creating a safe, healthy, and positive workplace for our employees. We actively promote staff wellbeing by:
- Introducing paid Wellbeing Leave;
- Providing access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP);
- Conducting anonymous and regular employee Pulsechecks;
- Being sensitive to individual circumstances and offering flexible working arrangements.
