Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as per pack instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, gently fry the garlic and chilli in olive oil for 1 minute. Add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt, fry for 2 minutes. Toss in the crab meat and heat for 1 minute. Now add the cooked pasta to pan and gently mix everything before serving. Garnish with some fresh parsley and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
